以4-N,N-二乙基氨基水杨醛为原料,制备了2-(苯并噻唑-2-基)-5-(N,N-二乙基氨基)苯酚衍生物(探针L),对其结构进行了表征。在DMSO/PBS(3:7, v/v, pH =7.4)溶液中,探针L具有高选择性并可荧光“关-开”识别H2S,在365 nm紫外灯照射下,由无荧光变成蓝色荧光。实验表明,探针L识别H2S的检测限为 2.05×10-6mol/L,pH适用范围为6-9,并可检测实际水样中的H2S。 |

The 2-(benzothiazol-2-yl)-5-(N,N-diethylamino)phenol derivative (probe L) was synthesized using 4-N,N-diethylaminosalicylaldehyde as the starting material, and its structure was characterized. In DMSO/PBS (3:7, v/v, pH = 7.4) solution, probe L can recognize for H2S with high selectivity and fluorescence "turn-on" responding, and fluorescence color was changed from non-fluoresce to blue strong fluorescence by irradiated with a 365 nm UV lamp. The experimental results indicated that the detection limit of probe L was 2.05×10-6mol/L, and the pH range of L recognition for H2S was 6-9. The probe L can detect H2S in real water samples. |
