      本文设计合成了一种基于ESIPT机理的苯并噻唑类荧光探针TZ-1,并对其结构进行了表征。实验结果表明,在DMSO/PBS(10 mM,1:1(v/v),pH=7.4)溶液中,探针TZ-1具有高选择性并可在3s内实现荧光“off-on”识别S2-,检测限为81 μM,pH适用范围为6~12。在365 nm紫外灯照射下,由无荧光变成橙色荧光。此外,加入S2-后探针TZ-1的DMSO/PBS溶液由无色变为浅黄色,通过裸眼即可识别S2-

      In this paper, a benzothiazole fluorescent probe TZ-1 based on ESIPT mechanism was designed and synthesized, and its structure was characterized. The results showed that in DMSO/PBS(10 mM, 1:1 (V/V), pH=7.4) solution, probe TZ-1 has high selectivity and can realize fluorescence "off-on" recognition of S2- within 3s, the detection limit is 81 μM, and the pH range is 6~12. Under the irradiation of 365nm UV lamp, the fluorescence changes from no fluorescence to orange fluorescence. In addition, the DMSO/PBS solution of probe TZ-1 changed from colorless to light yellow after adding of S2-, and S2- could be recognized by naked eye.
