      为了改善氧化石墨烯(GO)膜的低渗透性和不稳定性,本文采用过氧化氢对 GO 进行改性后抽滤成膜,并在不同温度下对膜进行热还原。采用超高性能全自动气体吸附仪、透射电镜、扫描电镜、拉曼光谱仪、接触角、X 射线衍射等对材料进行结构和形貌表征。分析不同 HGO( H2O2 改性 GO)负载量和不同温度热还原对 膜水通量和截留率的影响。 在优化条件(1mg HGO 负载量、120℃ 还原温度)下制备的膜的水通量(397. 8L?m-2? h-1?bar -1 )和截留率(90%)达到最佳;并且,热还原之后的HGO膜比GO膜和HGO膜有更好的稳定性。

      In order to improve the low permeability and instability of graphene oxide ( GO) membranes, hydrogen peroxide was used to modify GO, and then the membrane was formed by vacuum filtration, and the resulting membrane was further thermally reduced at different temperatures. The structure and morphology of the materials were characterized by BET, TEM, SEM, Raman, contact angle and XRD. The effects of HGO ( H2O2 modified GO) loading and thermal reduction at different temperatures on membrane water flux and retention rate were analyzed. The results showed that there are nano pores on HGO. At a reduction temperature of 120℃ the interception rate and water flux of the reduced porous GO membrane are the best. Moreover, the HGO membrane after thermal reduction has better stability than GO membrane and HGO membrane.
