阐明生物内各种相关活性物质及其实时变化、生理分布与生物功能是探索自身与生命奥秘的重要组成部分。化学荧光探针是该领域研究的重要工具之一。含磷荧光探针因具有较强的还原性、良好的水溶性与生物相容性,可利用其特异性化学反应或者物理作用检测细胞内各种特定的分析底物。近几年基于不同含磷官能基团荧光探针的研究取得了较大进展,本文对相关研究进行了梳理,对含磷官能基团类的荧光探针进行归纳总结:主要包括2-(二苯基磷)苯甲酸酯类,磷酸酯类,二苯基磷酰类和三苯基磷阳离子等类型荧光探针,为进一步探索构建新的含磷基团荧光探针提供借鉴与参考。 |

The illustrations of various related active substances in organisms, real-time change, physiological distribution and biological function are important component to explore the mysteries of life. Chemiluminescence probe is one of the most promising tools in the field. Phosphorus-containing fluorescent probes have strong reducibility, good water solubility and biocompatibility, which can detect various specific analytical substrates in cells by specific chemical reactions or physical effects. In recent years, great progress has been made in the research of fluorescent probes based on different phosphorus-containing functional groups.
