      含巯基(-SH)糖是一类重要的糖类化合物,其作为天然糖的结构类似物在生物医药领域具有十分重要的作用。本综述以六碳糖为例介绍了糖的不同位置上含巯基(-SH)糖的合成方法,根据合成含巯基(-SH)糖的硫源不同,对所报道的反应进行分类,并介绍了巯基脱保护基的方法。同时还概述了近年来在过渡金属催化剂作用下,含巯基糖与芳基卤化物的偶联反应。

      Sulfhydryl(-SH)-containing sugars are a class of important carbohydrate compounds. As structural analogues of natural sugars, they play an important role in the field of biomedicine. In this review, Hexose was taken as example to introduce the synthesis methods of thio-sugars in different positions of sugars. According to the different sulfur donors for the synthesis of thio-sugars, the reported reactions were classified and the methods of sulfhydryl deprotection were introduced. Furthermore, the coupling reactions of sulfhydryl sugars with aryl halides under the catalysis of transition metal in recent years are also reviewed.
