      虾青素(astaxanthin),又名虾黄质、龙虾壳色素,是一种类胡萝卜素,在自然界,虾青素具有最强的抗氧化性。因此有很大的应用价值,目前虾青素合成路线有国内国外几条路线,本文就虾青素国内合成工艺对虾青素中间产物进行路线的优化,并对其选择性的合成进行量子化学的计算研究。
英文摘要:
      Astaxanthin, also known as astaxanthin and lobster shell pigment, is a kind of carotene. In nature, astaxanthin has the strongest antioxidant activity. At present, there are several synthesis routes of astaxanthin at home and abroad. In this paper, the route of astaxanthin intermediate product was optimized based on the current domestic synthesis process of astaxanthin, and the selective synthesis of astaxanthin was calculated by quantum chemistry.
