      铋基钙钛矿由于稳定性强及毒性低,被认为是未来极具发展潜力的环保型钙钛矿材料。(CH3NH3)3Bi2I9因具有优异的光吸收性能而引起人们的普遍关注。本文介绍了(CH3NH3)3Bi2I9钙钛矿晶体的结构及性能,系统总结了(CH3NH3)3Bi2I9钙钛矿薄膜的制备方法,并重点叙述了不同方法制备的(CH3NH3)3Bi2I9钙钛矿薄膜在光伏电池中的应用情况。(CH3NH3)3Bi2I9钙钛矿与铅基钙钛矿的效率还有很大差距,如何提高MBI基钙钛矿的光电转换效率将成为今后研究的主要方向。

      Bismuth-based perovskite has been considered as an environmentally friendly perovskite material with great potential for future development due to its strong stability and low toxicity. The perovskite of CH3NH3)3Bi2I9 has attracted widespread attention due to its excellent light absorption properties. In this paper, the structure and properties of (CH3NH3)3Bi2I9 perovskite crystal is introduced and the preparation method of (CH3NH3)3Bi2I9 perovskite film is systematically summarized. The application of (CH3NH3)3Bi2I9 perovskite film prepared by different methods in photovoltaic cells is also introduced. There is a big gap between the photoelectric conversion efficiency of (CH3NH3)3Bi2I9 perovskite and lead-based perovskite, and how to improve the PCE of MBI-based perovskite will become the focus of future research.
