      快速检测食源性致病菌是预防食源性疾病大量暴发的必要措施。基于生物传感器的食源性病原菌检测技术具有灵敏度高、实时定量、操作简便等优点。抗菌肽(antimicrobial peptides,AMPs)作为识别分子具有稳定性高和成本低的特点,在食源性致病菌的快速检测中得到了广泛的应用。将抗菌肽与生物传感器结合用于食源性致病菌具有潜在的实际应用价值。本文综述了基于抗菌肽的电化学方法和光学方法在食源性致病菌检测的应用,讨论了基于抗菌肽的高灵敏度和可靠检测平台的未来前景和挑战。
英文摘要:
      Rapid detection of foodborne pathogens is a necessary measure to prevent the outbreak of foodborne diseases. Biosensor-based foodborne pathogens detection has many advantages, such as high sensitivity, real-time quantitative, simple operation. Antimicrobial peptides (AMPs) have been widely used in the rapid detection of foodborne pathogens due to their high stability and low cost. Therefore, the combination of AMPs and biosensor has potential practical value to detect foodborne pathogens. The application of nanomaterials based on antimicrobial peptide for detection of food borne pathogens by electrochemical methods and optical methods are reviewed, and the future prospects and challenges of high sensitivity and reliable detection platform based on antimicrobial peptide are discussed.
