      对海洋放线菌S592的次级代谢产物以及体外抑菌活性进行研究。将菌株S592进行大量发酵,采用色谱方法对菌株发酵产物进行分离纯化,通过波谱技术对所获单体化合物进行结构鉴定,并测定化合物的体外抑菌活性。结果从海洋放线菌S592中分离得到6个化合物,含2个螺环抗生素lobophorin 类化合物,1个环肽类化合物,2个苯甲酰胺类化合物以及1个喹唑啉酮类化合物。这6个化合物对至少一种病原菌表现出不同程度的抑制作用,其中,6个化合物对 MRSA 28300均具有抑制活性,4个化合物对耻垢分枝杆菌抑制活性较好,且化合物1和2对MRSA的抑制活性为首次发现。
英文摘要:
      The secondary metabolites and their antibacterial activities of marine actinomycetes S592 were studied. The strain S592 was fermented and the fermentation products were separated and purified by chromatography. The structures of the compounds were identified by spectroscopic techniques, and their antibacterial activities in vitro were determined. Six compounds were isolated from marine actinomycete S592, including two lobophorins, one cyclic peptide, two benzamides and one quinazolinone compound. All six compounds showed different inhibitory effects against at least one pathogen. Among them, six compounds had inhibitory activity on MRSA 28300, and four compounds had inhibitory activity on Mycobacterium smegmatis, the inhibitory activity of compounds 1 and 2 on MRSA was found for the first time.
