      金属有机骨架材料(metal organic frameworks,MOF)是一种新型材料,有着比表面积高、孔径可调等优点,以此为基础制备MOF膜克服了MOF材料界面相容性和热稳定性差的缺点,在气体分离领域具有良好的应用前景。本文介绍了MOF膜的功能层应用、物理共混、界面聚合、以及接枝改性,简述了每种方法对不同气体的性能提升,对分离性能的提升进行了机理分析,对比了每种方法的优点以及存在的缺陷,最后,指出MOF膜的界面聚合是未来的发展方向,并对今后的研究提出了建议。
英文摘要:
      Metal organic frameworks (MOF) are a new type of material with the advantages of high specific surface area and adjustable pore size. The preparation of MOF membranes on this basis overcomes the shortcomings of poor interfacial compatibility and thermal stability of MOF materials. It has good application prospects in the field of gas separation. This article introduces the functional layer application, physical blending, interfacial polymerization, and graft modification of MOF membranes. The performance improvement of each method for different gases is briefly described. The mechanism analysis of the improvement of separation performance is carried out, and each method is compared. The advantages and disadvantages of the method. Finally, it is pointed out that the interfacial polymerization of MOF film is the future development direction, and suggestions for future research are put forward.
