      食源性致病菌的快速、灵敏检测是食品和药品安全领域关注的重点。表面增强拉曼光谱(SERS)技术凭借其检测速度快、信息丰富、灵敏度高、无损等优势在食源性致病菌的快速、灵敏检测中受到广泛关注。本文从SERS检测基底材料入手,综述了液相基底、刚性固相基底、柔性固相基底等材料的特点和性能,并对其在致病菌快速、灵敏检测中的应用进行总结,为SERS技术在食源性致病菌的进一步快检应用提供思路和借鉴。

      Rapid and sensitive detection of food-borne pathogens is the focus of attention in the field of food and drug safety. Surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) technology has been widely concerned in the rapid and sensitive detection of food-borne pathogens due to its advantages such as fast detection speed, rich information, high sensitivity, and non-destructiveness. This article focuses on substrate materials in SERS detection, summarizes the characteristics and performance of liquid-phase substrates, rigid-solid-phase substrates, and flexible solid-phase substrates, and summarizes their applications in the rapid and sensitive detection of pathogens. Our review can provide ideas and references for further developing and application of SERS technology in detection of food-borne pathogens.
