量子点(QDs)作为一种新型的半导体纳米材料,由于其具有斯托克斯位移大、生物相容性好、抗光漂白、荧光寿命长、光催化活性强等优异的光化学特性,以及独特的介电限域效应、库伦阻塞效应等电学特性,近年来在卫生分析领域的研究和应用获得了广泛关注。本文重点综述了QDs对卫生样品中离子、小分子化合物(抗生素、生物毒素等)、生物大分子、微生物等分析检测的最新研究成果及进展,为QDs的进一步研究开发及应用提供新的参考方向及思路。 |

As a new type of semiconductor nanomaterial, quantum dot (QDs) has attracted wide attention in the field of health analysis in recent years because of its excellent photochemical properties, such as large Stokes shift, good biocompatibility, anti-photobleaching, long fluorescence lifetime, strong photocatalytic activity, as well as unique electrical properties such as dielectric limiting effect and coulomb blocking effect. This article focuses on the latest research results and progress of QDs in the analysis and detection of ions, small molecule compounds (antibiotics, biotoxins, etc.), biological macromolecules and microorganisms in sanitary samples, and provides new reference directions and ideas for the further research, development and application of QDs. |
