      β-半乳糖苷酶是细胞溶酶体中的一种水解酶,广泛存在于植物、细菌、真菌以及哺乳动物中,它可催化糖苷键水解,从而将乳糖转化为半乳糖。研究表明,β-半乳糖苷酶的过量表达与原发性卵巢癌的发生、发展以及细胞的衰老密切相关。因此,灵敏检测β-半乳糖苷酶的活性在生命医学领域具有重要意义。近年来,荧光探针因其高灵敏度、高选择性和高时空分辨率成像等优势而广泛应用于生物大分子的检测。本文综述了近五年β-半乳糖苷酶的荧光发光、化学发光以及光声发光分子探针的研究进展,并讨论了β-半乳糖苷酶荧光探针面临的挑战以及未来的发展方向。
英文摘要:
      β-galactosidase is a hydrolytic enzyme in cell lysosomes, which is widely found in plants, bacteria, fungi and mammals. It catalyzes the hydrolysis of galactoses into monosaccharides. Studies have shown that the overexpression of β-galactosidase is not only closely related to the cell senescence, but also related to the occurrence, and development of primary ovarian cancer. Therefore, sensitive detection of the activities of β-galactosidase is of great significance in the field of medicine and life science. In recent years, fluorescent probes have been widely used in the detection of biomacromolecules due to their advantages, such as high sensitivity, high selectivity, high temporal and spatial resolution. This review presents a detailed summary of recent development and progress of fluorescent, chemiluminescent and photoacoustic luminescent molecular probes in the past five years, the challenges and the developing orientation of fluorescent probes for β-galactosidase detection are systematicaly discussed.
