      全氟辛烷磺酸及其盐(PFOS)广泛应用于纺织品、皮革、家具等上千种工业和日用生活用品的生产中,由于具有多脏器毒性,被列为继多氯联苯、有机氯农药和二噁英之后,一种新的持久性有机污染物。因此PFOS的准确监测,对环境PFOS污染的预警预报具有重要的意义。鉴于PFOS在样品中含量低,样品前处理技术是准确分析的关键。该文章对目前应用于水样中PFOS分析的前处理技术进行了概述,如液-液萃取、固相萃取、磁性固相萃取、毛细管整体柱固相萃取和固相微萃取,并对它们的特点进行了评述,重点阐述了固相微萃取技术的研究进展,对近年应用于环境水样前处理PFOS固相微萃取剂的研究进展进行了综述,对新型萃取剂的研究提出展望。

      Perfluorooctane sulfonic acid and its salts (PFOS) are widely used in the production of thousands of industrial and articles of daily use such as textiles, leather, furniture, etc. Because of its multiple organ toxicity, it is listed as a new persistent environmental pollutant after polychlorinated biphenyls and dioxins. Therefore, it is of great significance for its accurate monitoring and early warning forecast in the environment. In view of the low content of PFOS in samples, sample pretreatment techniques are the key to accurate analysis. In this paper, the pre-treatment techniques currently used in the analysis of PFOS in water samples are summarized, such as liquid-liquid extraction, solid phase extraction, magnetic solid phase extraction, capillary monolithic column solid phase extraction and solid phase microextraction. Their characteristics are reviewed, and the research progress of SPME technology is emphasized. The research progress of solid phase micro-extraction coating materials for extracting PFOS in recent years is reviewed, and the research prospects of new extraction coating materials is put forward.
