      纳米技术作为影响未来人类生活的世界三大新兴科技之一,其与药物传递系统的融合,既可以将药物的药理作用极大限度的发挥出来,又克服了药物本身的局限性。天然糖类的来源十分广泛,不仅价格低廉、无毒性,且具有良好的生物相容性和生物可降解性,被广泛用于纳米药物传递系统。本文对纳米药物传递系统的体系组成进行了归纳,重点阐述了常见糖类及其衍生物在纳米药物传递系统中的研究进展,并对其未来发展趋势进行了展望。

      Nanotechnology, as one of the three emerging technologies that will affect human life in the future, its integration with the drug delivery system can not only maximize the pharmacological effects of the drug, but also overcome the limitations of the drug itself. Compared with traditional drug delivery methods. The effect of nano-drug delivery systems is more stable and less harmful. However, some drug carriers are lack of targeting, and problems such as low transfection efficiency and certain cytotoxicity also existed. Natural sugars have a wide range of sources, which are inexpensive, non-toxic, and have good biocompatibility and biodegradability as well. This article summarizes the system composition of nano-drug delivery systems. The point is focusing on using galactose, chitosan, dextran and pullulan and their derivatives as raw materials, which are targeted to their specific receptors after modified drug loading, and compared with those without carbohydrate modification. The drug carrier, and its ability to deliver drugs have been significantly improved. At the same time, the development trend of drug carrier in the future is prospected.
