      综述了载体对铁基催化剂合成气一步法制备低碳烯烃反应(FTO)的研究进展,讨论了载体(金属氧化物、碳材料)对FTO反应性能的影响。铁基催化剂因成本低、易得、操作温度范围宽等诸多优点而备受关注。载体具有自身特定的结构性质、表面酸碱性、电子特性、缺陷位、孔道限域效应和表面物化可调节性,这些性质对FTO反应性能均有显著影响。双功能催化剂也是FTO反应突破ASF分布的有效手段,但Fe基双功能催化剂设计时需要考虑反应原理。本文对近10年关于Fe基FTO反应催化剂的载体研究发展进行了浅显的综述,力求寻求这些研究中的规律性知识,以期对未来FTO反应铁基催化剂的制备和研究提供帮助。
英文摘要:
      The research progress in one-step synthesis of low-carbon olefins ( FTO ) from syngas over iron-based catalysts by support was reviewed.The process of the influence of carrier (metal oxide, carbon material )on the FTO reaction was discussed. Iron-based catalysts have attracted much attention due to their advantages such as low cost, easy availability and wide operating temperature range. However, many disadvantages such as complex phase, uncertain active phase and the need to improve the reaction performance are also the main problems. The carrier has its own specific structural properties, surface acidity and alkalinity, electronic properties, defect sites, channel domain limiting effect and tunable surface physico-chemical nature, all of which have a significant influence on FTO reaction performance. Biffunctional catalysts are also an effective means to break through ASF distribution in FTO reaction, but the reaction principle should be considered when designing Fe-based biffunctional catalysts. In this paper, the research and development of supports for Fe based FTO reaction catalysts in recent 10 years are briefly reviewed,and the regularity of these studies is sought in order to provide help for the preparation and research of Fe-based FTO catalyst in the future.
