摘 要:目的:通过对14种卡西酮类新精神活性物质标准品的差分拉曼光谱分析研究,建立一种简便快速、准确可靠、无损检材的卡西酮类新精神活性物质的分析方法。方法:设置差分拉曼光谱仪激光光源785 nm,激光功率200 mW,积分时间1 s,扫描范围为2400~200cm-1,对14种常见卡西酮类标准品样品进行了检验分析。结果:可以通过对差分拉曼光谱的分析区分所有14种卡西酮类物质。结论:利用该方法可以对卡西酮类物质进行快速无损的检验,该方法可以用于公安机关实际办案。 |

Abstract: Objective: To establish a simple, rapid, accurate, reliable, non-destructive analysis method for the new psychoactive substances of cathinones through the differential Raman spectroscopy analysis of 14 kinds of new psychoactive substances of cathinones.Methods: The differential Raman spectrometer laser source was set at 785nm, laser power was 200mW, integration time was 1s, and the scanning range was 2400~200cm-1. The 14 common cathinone standard samples were tested and analyzed.Results: All 14 cathinones can be distinguished by the analysis of Raman spectroscopy. Conclusion: This method can be used for rapid and non-destructive inspection of cathinones, and this method can be used in actual case handling by public security organs. |
