四环素类(Tetracyclines TCs)抗生素在水体中具有较高的半衰期,常以微量形式在水中积累,通过饮用水和食物链进入哺乳动物体内,引发肝脏损伤,增加耐药性,威胁环境安全。因此一种灵敏、快速和准确的检测方法具有重要意义。本文综述了水体TCs常用预处理方法和检测技术,包括色谱技术和非色谱技术,分析了各自优缺点,以期为后续检测技术的发展方向提供参考。 |

Tetracyclines antibiotics have a high half-life in the water, often accumulated in the water, into the mammal in the mammals through drinking water and food chains, which cause liver damage, increase resistance, and threat environmental safety. Therefore, it is of great significance to establish a sensitive, fast and accurate detection method. This paper reviews the common pretreatment methods and detection techniques of water body TCS, including chromatographic techniques and non-chromatographic techniques, analyzed their own shortcomings, with a view to the development direction of subsequent testing technology. |
