本文主要针对微针的材质、分类、设计、制备与加工方法进行分析,例举了金属、硅、高分子聚合物和一些其他的微针材料。同时也对微针的应用,例如经皮给药的方法、途径、影响进行说明,也对其作用于糖尿病、皮肤病和其他疾病及其复合应用进行了简单分析。高分子聚合物微针和新型微针的发展可以显著提高药物的透皮速率和分子量,但是在安全性上还有待进一步研究。 |

This paper mainly focuses on the material, classification, design, preparation and processing methods of the microneedle, including metal, silicon, polymer and some other microneedle materials. At the same time, the application of microneedles, such as the method of transdermal drug delivery, approach, influence are explained, and its effect on diabetes, skin disease and other diseases and their compound application are simply analyzed. The development of polymer microneedles and novel microneedles can significantly improve the transdermal rate and molecular weight of drugs, but their safety needs further study. |
