微波辐射促进芳基亲核取代反应(SNAr)获得20个N-(2,6-二硝基苯基)苯磺酰胺,该方法操作简单、高效高收率(12 min,87-94%)、底物适用范围广。种子萌芽实验结果表明,化合物3a在50 μM、25 μM处理时完全抑制大豆萌芽,在15 μM时抑制活性优于先导化合物(PM1, P< 0.01)。该结果有利于快速发现新型脱落酸功能类似物 |

An efficient approach to N-(2,6-dinitrophenyl)benzenesulfonamide was developed under microwave-assisted aryl nucleophilic substitution reaction (SNAr). The approach represents simple operation and broad substrate scope. Additionally, the soybean seed germination was inhibited overwhelmingly when treated with 3a at the concentration of 50 μM and 25 μM. Furthermore, the inhibition activity of 3a was higher than lead compound at 15 μM (PM1, P< 0.01). These results are useful for discovering novel abscisic acid functional analogues |
