癌症是致人死亡的一大诱因,但癌症早期瘤体积微小,常规的身体检查和影像学检查难以发现。近年来,探针对癌症的精确检测能力被广泛关注。本综述就目前研究的超顺磁性氧化铁纳米颗粒、钆类螯合物或锰氧化物纳米颗粒作为核磁共振成像部分的MRI-OI双模态探针,对合成探针的所用材料进行了综述,并在一定程度上关注了探针的靶向性、成像能力等。目前,MRI-OI双模态探针的发展的难点在于所设计的大部分探针都具有一定的局限性,难以完全满足临床要求。 |

Cancer is a major cause of death, but early cancer tumors are tiny in size and difficult to detect by conventional physical examination and imaging. In recent years, the ability of probes to accurately detect cancer has received much attention. This review provides a review of the materials used to synthesize probes with some attention to the targeting and imaging capabilities of the probes with respect to the currently investigated superparamagnetic iron oxide nanoparticles, gadolinium chelates, or manganese oxide nanoparticles as MRI-OI bimodal probes in the MRI part. Currently, the difficulty in the development of MRI-OI dual-modality probes is that most of the designed probes have certain limitations to fully meet the clinical requirements. |
