      本研究采用原位还原的方法将金纳米粒(AuNPs)负载到共价有机骨架(COFBDP/CD-S-3)上,形成载金纳米复合材料(COFBDP/CD-S-3-Au)。利用SEM、TEM、XRD和TGA等方法对COFBDP/CD-S-3-Au进行表征,并结合抗氧化性能测定、光热协同抗菌性能分析等实验。结果表明,COFBDP/CD-S-3-Au为具有介孔结构的粒径700~800 nm的球形结构,具有良好的热稳定性和抗氧化性能,如对DPPH自由基、ABTS自由基和FRAP自由基均具有一定的清除效果;当808 nm激光照射0.25 mg/mL COFBDP/CD-S-3-Au样品时,其光热效应(PTT)明显,光热转化率为12.57%,对于四种常见菌,呈现优异的光热协同抗菌作用。因此,COFBDP/CD-S-3-Au作为一种新型的纳米复合材料,在化妆品和生物医学领域具有良好的应用前景。
英文摘要:
      In this study, gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) were loaded on covalent organic frameworks (COFs) by in-situ reduction to form gold-loaded nanocomposites (COFBDP/CD-S-3-Au). The COFBDP/CD-S-3-Au was characterized by SEM, TEM, XRD, TGA, etc., and combined with antioxidant determination and photothermal synergistic antimicrobial performance analysis. The results show that COFBDP/CD-S-3-Au is a spherical structure with mesoporous structure, its particle size is 700~800 nm. It performs good thermal stability and antioxidant properties, for example, it has a certain scavenging effect on DPPH free radicals, ABTS free radicals and FRAP free radicals. When the 0.25 mg/mL COFBDP/CD-S-3-Au sample is irradiated by the 808 nm laser, the photothermal effect (PTT) was obvious, with ?T reaching 12.7 ℃, and the photothermal conversion rate is 12.57%. For four common bacteria, excellent photothermal synergistic antibacterial effect was presented. Therefore, as a new type of nanocomposites, COFBDP/CD-S-3-Au has a bright application prospect in the field of cosmetics and biomedicine.
