Chiral spiral ligands and catalysts have been recognized as a class of dominant chiral ligands and catalysts. The research on chiral spiral ligands has promoted the development of asymmetric catalysis. The synthesis and application of chiral spiral bisphosphine ligand with spiral [4.4] nonane skeleton, spiral dihydroindene skeleton, spiral [4.4] nonadiene skeleton and Spirodichroic skeleton in asymmetric catalytic reactions were discussed, which provided an important reference for developing new asymmetric catalytic systems in the future. |
