      作为一种简便高效的样品前处理技术,固相微萃取(Solid phase microextraction,SPME)在食品、环境水样和生物体液等复杂基质中残留污染物检测中得到广泛应用。为进一步提高净化效率和降低使用成本等,大量文献报道了涂层纤维的制备条件和吸附剂的选择。本文综述了SPME涂层纤维的制备方法、材料及应用。描述了不同材料对于不同分析物的吸附原理,特别讨论了难挥发与热不稳定性分析物的SPME分析步骤,总结了SPME存在的问题及今后发展趋势,为后续SPME技术的开发提供理论依据。

      As a simple and efficient pretreatment technology, solid phase microextraction (SPME) has been widely used to detect residual contaminants in complex substrates, such as food, environmental water samples, and biological fluids. To further improve the purification efficiency and reduce the use cost, a large number of studies have reported the preparation process of coated fibers and the selection of materials. This paper mainly introduces the preparation method, materials, and applications of SPME-coated fiber, and describes the adsorption principle of different materials for different analytes, especially the SPME analysis procedures of volatile and thermal unstable analytes. The problems and future development trend of SPME are summarized, which provides theoretical basis for the subsequent development of SPME technology.
