      由于汞离子(Hg2+)的毒性且容易对环境和人体造成损害,因此,对其检测越来越受到人们的重视。本文基于4-(二乙氨基)水杨醛,,设计合成了一种红光发射的荧光探针HEC,该探针在DMF/HEPES(2/8, v/v, pH = 7.4)缓冲溶液中可高选择性地识别Hg2+,发射波长为600 nm,pH适用范围为6-9,检测限为4.68 μmol/L。应用研究表明, 探针HEC 能对实际水样中Hg2+进行检测,在环境检测领域具有潜在的应用前景。
英文摘要:
      Because of the toxicity of mercury ion (Hg2+) and its easy damage to the environment and human body, people pay more and more attention to its detection. In this paper, a red light emitting fluorescent probe HEC was designed and synthesized based on 4-(diethylamino) salicylaldehyde. Probe HEC can recognize Hg2+ with a high selectivity, an emission wavelength of 600 nm, a pH range of 6-9, and the detection limit of 4.68 μmol/L in DMF/HEPES (2/8, v/v, pH = 7.4) buffer solution. The application research shows that HEC can detect Hg2+ in actual water samples, which has a potential application prospect in the field of environmental detection.
