| 新型固态照明器件（白光LED照明器件和激光照明器件）具有使用寿命长、节能环保、响应速度快和光电转化效率高等优势，因此其在室内外照明、汽车大灯、投影显示等领域具有广阔的应用前景。荧光陶瓷/玻璃作为荧光转化型照明器件的核心材料，其性能直接决定固态照明器件的显色指数、流明效率等技术参数。荧光玻璃存在热导率低，在低功率密度下也易产生发光饱和难题，而荧光陶瓷存在缺乏红光成分、色温偏高等难题。本文综述了用于白光LED照明器件和激光照明器件荧光玻璃/陶瓷的研究进展，分析了荧光陶瓷/玻璃在显色指数、发光效率、相关色温等技术参数的调控策略。最后，讨论了荧光陶瓷/玻璃器件化面临的瓶颈和解决方案，展望了工艺结构改善、散热结构优化等研究趋势。 |

| New solid-state lighting devices (white LED and LD devices) have the advantages of long service life, energy saving and environmental protection, fast response speed and high photoelectric conversion efficiency, and have broad application prospects in indoor and outdoor lighting, automotive headlights, projection display and other fields. Phosphor ceramic/glass as the core material of color conversion lighting device, and its performance directly determines the color rendering index, luminous efficiency and other parameters of solid-state lighting device. Phosphor glass has low thermal conductivity, and it is easy to produce luminescent saturation problem at low power density, while phosphor ceramic has the problem of lack of red-light component and high correlated color temperature. This paper reviews the research progress of phosphor glass/ceramic used in white LED and laser lighting devices, and systematically summarizes the control strategy of phosphor ceramic/glass in color rendering index, luminous efficiency, correlated color temperature and other parameters. Finally, the bottleneck and solution of phosphor ceramic/glass-based devices are discussed, and the research trends of process structure improvement and heat dissipation structure optimization are prospected. |
