| 酸碱理论的发展经历了漫长的时间，从简单的酸具有酸味、碱具有涩味到现在将酸碱理论应用到化合物合成和药物研发中，人们对酸碱的认识也越来越全面。本文综述了从阿伦尼乌斯电离理论、布朗斯特质子理论、路易斯电子理论、溶剂体系酸碱理论、酸碱正负离子理论、勒克斯－弗勒德氧离子理论到软硬酸碱理论等酸碱理论，并在此基础上作者提出了动态反应酸碱理论。本文还列举了酸碱理论在有机合成和药物合成中的应用实例。 |

| Throughout the history of acid-base theory, its development has gone through various stages. Initially, it was limited to simple acids with sour taste and bases with astringency. Over time, people developed a more comprehensive understanding of acid-base theory and its applications. This led to using acid-base theory in compound synthesis and drug development. Today, our understanding of acid-base theory is more advanced and sophisticated. In this paper, we have conducted a review of several acid-base theories. Furthermore, we have presented the dynamic reaction acid-base theory and highlighted its various applications in organic and drug synthesis. |
