本文采用自由基共聚原理,制备了网状结构的聚(丙烯酸/丙烯酰胺)(P(AA/AM))基体树脂,引入1-乙基-3-甲基咪唑醋酸盐作溶剂,原位聚合得到离子液体质量分数为35 ~70 %的P(AA/AM)离子凝胶。所制备的离子凝胶中离子液体与P(AA/AM)良好相容,离子液体的加入降低了P(AA/AM)聚合物的短程有序性,导致形成完全的无定型结构,220 ℃以内热稳定性良好。离子液体含量为70 %的P(AA/AM)离子凝胶,其拉伸强度为4.11 MPa,电导率达0.315 S?m-1,且该P(AA/AM)离子凝胶对温度和拉伸形变有较高敏感度,20℃时的电阻温度系数为4.0%·℃-1,可作为热传感器和柔性传感器监测人体关节运动。 |

Poly (acrylic acid/acrylamide) ionogels were synthesized by introducing 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium ethyl sulfate into the P(AA/AM) ross-linked polymer in radical copolymerization, while the mass fraction of ionic liquid changed from 35% to 70%. The ionic liquid is well compatible with P (AA/AM) in the synthesized ionic gel, and the short-range ordered of P(AA/AM) polymer is reduced or even formed a completely amorphous structure. It has good thermal stability within 220 ℃, the tensile strength of P(AA/AM) ionogel with mass fraction 70 % of ionic liquid is 4.11 MPa, and the conductivity is 0.315 S?m-1. P(AA/AM) ionogel is highly sensitive to temperature and tensile deformation, and can be used as a thermal sensor and flexible sensor to monitor human joint movement. The temperature coefficient of resistance at 20 ℃ is 4.0%·℃-1. |
