生活用水中过量的铁离子会影响人体内环境中的离子平衡,威胁人类的健康。对铁离子的高效检测是对人类身体健康的保障。荧光探针法是一种高灵敏度、高选择性且快速的检测手段,被广泛应用于水环境铁离子的检测中。不同荧光探针的适用范围和检测原理不同,且明确探针目前发展现状和未来趋势有助于设计更高效的铁离子探针。本文根据荧光探针的尺度不同,将荧光探针分为分子荧光探针和纳米荧光探针两类,从上述探针的基本特点和作用原理出发,重点综述了其目前研究进展,并对未来的研发和改进方向进行了展望。 |

Excessive Fe3+ in domestic water can affect the ionic balance in human environment, threaten human health. Efficient detection of Fe3+ is a guarantee for human health. Meanwhile, Fluorescent probe is a highly sensitive, selective and rapid detection tool, which is widely used in the detection of Fe3 in water environment. The applicability and detection principles of different fluorescent probes vary. Clarifying the current development and future trends of the probes will help to design more efficient Fe3+ probes. In this paper, fluorescent probes are classified into molecular fluorescent probes and nano-fluorescent probes according to their different scales. We have reviewed the research progress of the Fe3+ detection probes in terms of their basic features and detection principles. Then, we also provide an outlook on the future direction of probe development and improvement. |
