食源性致病菌是导致食源性疾病的重要来源,因此快速、有效的鉴定食源性致病菌具有重要意义。光谱分析技术同其他检验方法相比具有操作简单且快速的特点,并且同化学计量学方法结合有助于对食源性致病菌的特征信息进行识别。详细介绍在光谱分析中常用的化学计量学方法并比较在不同任务中每种方法的优劣性。并综述三种光谱技术(表面增强拉曼光谱、红外光谱技术以及高光谱成像技术)分别结合化学计量学方法在食源性致病菌检验方面的应用进展,为化学计量学在光谱技术检验食源性致病菌中的进一步应用提供参考。 |

Foodborne pathogenic bacteria are a significant source of foodborne illnesses, making rapid and effective identification crucial. Spectral analysis techniques offer simplicity and speed compared to other testing methods, and their combination with chemometric approaches aids in recognizing the characteristic information of foodborne pathogenic bacteria. This article provides a detailed introduction to commonly used chemometric methods in spectral analysis and compares the advantages and disadvantages of each method in different tasks. Furthermore, it reviews the progress in the application of three spectral techniques (Surface-Enhanced Raman Spectroscopy, Infrared Spectroscopy, and Hyperspectral Imaging Technology) combined with chemometrics in the detection of foodborne pathogenic bacteria. This provides a reference for the further application of chemometrics in spectral technology for the detection of foodborne pathogenic bacteria. |
