      方酸菁染料具有特定的结构和理化性质,在可见光至近红外区具有强烈的吸收、独特的荧光性质和优异的光稳定性,被人们广泛研究用于生物成像、光敏剂和太阳能转换等多个领域。开发具有高消光系数和最大吸收波长的方酸菁染料越来越有必要。本文总结了方酸菁的结构特点、光物理性质与光稳定性,并根据方酸菁在生物医学中的研究方向重点综述了近10年来方酸菁染料在生物成像、光动力治疗、光热治疗及多模态协同治疗中的应用,为方酸菁染料的进一步开发提供参考。
英文摘要:
      Squaraine dyes have specific structural and physicochemical properties, such as strong absorption in the visible to near-infrared region, unique fluorescence properties and excellent photostability. They have been widely used in many fields such as biological imaging, photosensitizer and solar energy conversion. It is increasingly necessary to develop squaraine dyes with high extinction coefficient and maximum absorption wavelength. In this paper, the structural characteristics, photophysical properties and photostability of squaraine were introduced, and the applications of squaraine dyes in bioimaging, photodynamic therapy, photothermal therapy and multimodal collaborative therapy in the past 10 years were reviewed according to the research direction of squaraine in biomedicine, so as to provide reference for further development of squaraine dye.
