微针是一种新型经皮给药技术,可以透过角质层,将药物递送至活性表皮和真皮层。具有微创、高效、高适应性、提高创面上治疗药物的浓度和生物利用度、有效控制药物释放等优点。微针在医学领域的不断发展,将给药与新技术相结合,已逐步形成了高效、简便的治疗方法。目前已有越来越多的微针技术被用于生物医学领域研究,尤其是在各类长期和慢性疾病的防治中。本文主要综述了微针用于治疗癌症、糖尿病及并发症、肿瘤疫苗等方面的应用。 |

Microneedles patch is a new transdermal drug delivery technique that allows drug delivery to the active epidermis and dermis through the stratum corneum. It has the advantages of being minimally invasive, efficient, and highly adaptable, improving the concentration and bioavailability of therapeutic drugs on the wound, and controlling drug release. The continuous development of microneedles in the medical field, combining drug delivery with new technologies, has gradually formed an efficient and simple treatment. More and more microneedles technology are being used in clinical research, especially in preventing and treating various long-term and chronic diseases. This article reviews the application of microneedles in treating cancer, diabetes and its complications, and cancer vaccines. |
