介孔羟基磷灰石(MHAP)具有高孔隙率、高表面积等特点,在多个领域有着广泛的应用。因此,深入了解MHAP的合成方法和应用具有重要意义。在本文的综述中,首先对MHAP合成方法进行了总结,并根据合成过程中所用模板的理化性质将其主要分为三类:硬模板法、软模板法、无模板法。不同的制备方法各有不同的优缺点,比如:硬模板制备具有很好形貌控制,能够制备出中空介孔腔,具有更大的比表面积。但是制备出的MHAP尺寸分布不均匀,在模板去除过程中纯度会受到影响。软模板制备的MHAP具有更高的尺寸均匀度和结晶度,但是制备MHAP不具有中空介孔腔。无模板制备简化了制备过程,但在调节材料形态和尺寸方面存在局限。随后介绍了MHAP的应用,主要包括以下几个方面:骨组织治疗、物质运输和疾病治疗、环境治理、催化。文章的最后对MHAP的制备方法和应用上进行总结和展望。 |

Mesoporous hydroxyapatite (MHAP) is characterized by its high porosity and large surface area, making it widely applicable in various fields. Therefore, a deep understanding of the synthesis methods and applications of MHAP is of significant importance. In this review, we first summarize the synthesis methods of MHAP and categorize them into three main types based on the physicochemical properties of the templates used during the synthesis process: hard templating, soft templating, and template-free methods. Each preparation method has its advantages and disadvantages. For instance, hard templating offers excellent control over morphology, enabling the production of hollow mesoporous cavities with a larger surface area. However, the size distribution of the produced MHAP can be uneven, and purity may be affected during template removal. MHAP prepared via soft templating exhibits higher uniformity in size and crystallinity but lacks hollow mesoporous cavities. The template-free method simplifies the preparation process but has limitations in adjusting the material"s morphology and size. Subsequently, the applications of MHAP are introduced, mainly including bone tissue therapy, substance transport and disease treatment, environmental governance, and catalysis. The article concludes with a summary and outlook on the preparation methods and applications of MHAP. |
