随着纳米技术的持续进步,众多新型农药递送系统相继被开发。多糖因其具有良好的生物相容性、生物降解性及易于修饰等特点,因此被视为构建纳米杀菌剂的理想载体之一。基于多糖的绿色环保型递送系统旨在保护杀菌剂药物分子免受不利环境因素的影响,同时实现缓释和靶向释放,从而实现精确施药,减少农药的使用量并提升其有效性。本文综述了基于多糖的递送系统在杀菌剂领域的研究进展,详细阐述了多糖的单糖组成和性质及其在杀菌剂领域的相关应用。此外,本文还总结了当前面临的主要挑战,并展望未来的发展趋势。 |

The advancement of nanotechnology has led to many innovative pesticide delivery systems. Polysaccharides are regarded as an optimal carrier for the construction of nanofungicides due to their favorable biocompatibility, biodegradability, and ease of modification. The objective of the polysaccharide-based green delivery system is to protect the fungicide drug molecules from unfavorable environmental factors while achieving a slow and targeted release, thus enabling precise application, reducing the number of pesticides used, and enhancing their effectiveness. This paper presents a review of the progress of polysaccharide-based delivery systems in the field of fungicides. It provides an overview of the monosaccharide composition and properties of polysaccharides and their related applications in fungicides. Furthermore, it identifies the main challenges currently faced and examines future development trends. |
