针对钒酸铋(BiVO4)本体电荷分离效率低、光生载流子复合严重等缺点,采用了静电纺丝结合高温煅烧技术和低温油浴方法,设计开发了具有特殊一维串珠结构的富氧空位BiVO4(OV-BVO)光催化半导体材料,研究了其对光催化降解水中盐酸四环素(TCH)的影响。通过SEM、XRD、XPS等测试证明了该材料的成功制备合成,并利用UV-Vis DRS、EIS、SPV等测试了该材料的光电性质。结果表明:这种经过柠檬酸(CA)还原得到的富氧空位串珠结构BiVO4光催化降解TCH性能可以得到显著提升,开灯90分钟后可降解将近84%的TCH。 |

In order to overcome the shortcomings of low charge separation efficiency and severe photogenerated carrier recombination of bismuth vanadate (BiVO4) in photocatalysis, a special one-dimensional beads-like enriched oxygen vacancy BiVO4 (OV-BVO) photocatalytic semiconductor material was designed. The electrospinning combined with high-temperature calcination technology and low-temperature oil bath method was used to prepare photocatalyst. The effect between photocatalyst and the photocatalytic degradation of tetracycline hydrochloride (TCH) in water was studied. The SEM, XRD, XPS and other tests were used to prove the successful preparation and synthesis of the material, and the UV-Vis DRS, EIS, SPV and other methods were used to detected the photophysical and photochemical properties of the material. The results show that the photocatalytic degradation performance of beads-like BVO significantly improved after reduced by citric acid (CA), with nearly 84% of TCH degraded after 90 minutes lighting. |
