本文基于光诱导电子转移机制,以6-甲氧基萘甲醛为起始原料设计合成了一个新的“关-开”型荧光探针MF-DBS用于识别生物硫醇。该探针可被生物硫醇选择性催化水解,生成具有强荧光发射的黄酮母核MF。该探针具有较大的斯托克斯位移、高选择性、高灵敏度、良好的生物相容性和抗干扰能力,能够在生理条件下进行识别,并且可以用于细胞内的生物硫醇检测和活细胞成像。另外,该探针可做成试纸对生物硫醇进行快速检测。 |

In this paper, a new ‘off-on’ fluorescent probe, MF-DBS, was designed and synthesized for the recognition of biothiols based on the photo-induced electron transfer (PET) mechanism using 6-methoxynaphthaldehyde as the starting material. The probe can be selectively hydrolyzed by biothiols to produce MF with strong fluorescence emission, which has a large Stokes shift, high selectivity, high sensitivity, good biocompatibility and anti-interference ability, and can be used for intracellular detection of biothiols and imaging of living cells under physiological conditions. In addition, the probe can be made into test paper for rapid detection of biothiols. |
