阿尔茨海默病是最常见的痴呆类型,造成严重的公共卫生负担。作为一种先进的药物递送系统,脂质体展现出了治疗阿尔茨海默病的巨大潜力,脂质体能够装载多种活性物质并通过表面修饰提高其靶向性和穿越血脑屏障的能力,实现精准药物递送。本文综述了脂质体作为阿尔茨海默病治疗载体的最新研究进展及其未来发展方向,讨论了脂质体在阿尔茨海默病治疗中的优势与挑战,包括ApoE修饰、多功能纳米脂质体、仿生外泌体-脂质体杂化纳米囊泡等多种创新设计,对其未来发展持乐观态度。 |

Alzheimer"s disease is the most common type of dementia, causing a serious public health burden. As an advanced drug delivery system, liposomes have shown great potential in treating Alzheimer"s disease. Liposomes can load various active substances and improve their targeting and ability to cross the blood-brain barrier through surface modification, achieving precise drug delivery. This article reviews the latest research progress and future development directions of liposomes as therapeutic carriers for Alzheimer"s disease, and discusses the advantages and challenges of liposomes in the treatment of Alzheimer"s disease, including various innovative designs such as ApoE modification, multifunctional nanoliposomes, and biomimetic exosome liposome hybrid nanovesicles. We are optimistic about the future development of liposomes in Alzheimer’s disease. |
