      十八烷基二乙醇胺,又名抗静电剂1800,是一种硬脂酸类非离子型抗静电剂。凭借其卓越的热稳定性、兼容性、无毒性等特点,在抗静电领域有着广泛的应用。然而,当前抗静电剂1800的制备方法往往需要昂贵的初始材料、苛刻的反应条件或者复杂的合成过程。因此,寻找新的高效、经济的制备方法尤为重要。本研究采用价格低廉且来源广泛的烷基醇作为起始原料,通过发展新的反应体系,实现了一锅法合成抗静电剂1800及其多种衍生物,为这类化合物的合成提供了高效策略。同时,通过对所得产品的体积电阻率的表征,我们验证了它们在抗静电领域中的应用潜力。
英文摘要:
      The antistatic agent 1800, chemically known as octadecyl diethanolamine, is a nonionic compound belonging to the stearic acid family. It is widely used in antistatic applications due to its exceptional properties, including high thermal stability, solubility, non-toxicity, and durability. However, current methods for synthesizing antistatic agent 1800 often involve costly raw materials, stringent reaction conditions, and complex synthesis processes, making the development of more efficient and cost-effective production methods a critical area of research. In this study, we propose a novel approach for the synthesis of antistatic agent 1800 and its derivatives, utilizing inexpensive alkyl alcohols as starting materials. By designing a new reaction system that facilitates a one-pot reaction with diethanolamine, we efficiently synthesized antistatic agent 1800 and a range of its derivatives, thereby expanding the synthetic strategies for this class of compounds.
