抗生素作为临床常用药物,在养殖业和畜牧业领域具有广泛应用。近些年,由于抗生素滥用,一方面导致了大量微生物和寄生虫出现了耐药性,另一方面加速了抗生素耐药细菌的传播,严重危害着人类健康。因此,抗生素残留的监测和检测对满足人们对健康高品质生活的追求至关重要。由于稀土掺杂上转换纳米材料(REEs-UCNPs)具有优异的光化学性能,利用其构建的抗生素检测生物传感器具有灵敏度高、准确性高和特异性强等优点。本文综述了近年来国内外利用免疫测定、荧光共振能量转移、磁分离和内滤效应构建REEs-UCNPs传感器在抗生素检测领域的应用,为构建新型抗生素检测传感器和拓展REEs-UCNPs在分析检测领域应用提供参考和新的研究思路。 |

Antibiotics, as commonly used clinical drugs, have a wide range of applications in the field of farming and animal husbandry. In recent years, the misuse of antibiotics has led to the emergence of drug resistance in a large number of microorganisms and parasites on the one hand, and accelerated the spread of antibiotic-resistant bacteria on the other hand, which seriously jeopardizes human health. Therefore, the monitoring and detection of antibiotic residues are crucial to fulfill people"s pursuit of a healthy and high-quality life. Due to the excellent photochemical properties of rare-earth doped upconversion nanomaterials (REEs-UCNPs), antibiotic detection biosensors constructed using them have the advantages of high sensitivity, high accuracy and high specificity. This paper reviews the application of REEs-UCNPs sensors in antibiotic detection using immunoassay, fluorescence resonance energy transfer, magnetic separation, and internal filtration effects at home and abroad in recent years, which provides references and new research ideas for the construction of novel antibiotic detection sensors and the expansion of the application of REEs-UCNPs in the field of analytical detection. |
