H@Q[8] complex has been successfully constructed by a simple method, and the host-guest inclusion behavior between 1,4-bis (2-benzimidazolyl) benzene (H) and Q[8] has been studied by means of hydrogen NMR spectroscopy and fluorescence spectroscopy. Subsequently, the fluorescence detection of gentamicin (GEN) by H@Q[8] was investigated, and it was found that GEN induces fluorescence enhancement of H@Q[8] through competitive inclusion. This detection method has good anti-interference ability, fast response, and low detection limit (0.17 μmol/L). |
