生物微环境对于维持细胞稳态具有重要作用,而其中的 pH 微环境在众多生物过程中扮演着关键角色,其异常变化与多种疾病紧密相连。因此早期诊断和准确监测微环境的变化,对于疾病的控制和治疗具有重要意义。针对细胞内不同细胞器的 pH 监测可以揭示细胞生理病理状态,在骨骼疾病研究、炎症监测以及针对肿瘤微环境的诊断与治疗策略开发等方面具有重要意义。在众多医学影像技术中,荧光成像技术凭借无侵入性、分辨率高、可实时监测且对生物体无创等特性脱颖而出。本文聚焦于pH 响应型荧光探针的研究进展,包括探针的设计原理、特性以及生物成像中的应用。 |

The biological microenvironment plays an important role in maintaining cell homeostasis, and the pH microenvironment plays a key role in many biological processes, and its abnormal changes are closely related to many diseases. Therefore, early diagnosis and accurate monitoring of microenvironment changes are of great significance for disease control and treatment. pH monitoring of different organelles in cells can reveal the physiological and pathological state of cells, which is of great significance in the study of bone diseases, inflammation monitoring, and the development of diagnostic and therapeutic strategies for tumor microenvironment. Among many medical imaging technologies, fluorescence imaging technology stands out with its non-invasive, high resolution, real-time monitoring and non-invasive properties. This article focuses on the research progress of pH-responsive fluorescent probes, including the design principles, characteristics and applications of probes in biological imaging. |
