多食用蔬菜和水果,可以减少疾病,这是因为它们含有大量的黄酮类化合物,对人类健康有广泛的益处。山奈酚广泛存在于蔬菜、水果和中草药中,是天然抗氧化剂,具有抗氧化、抗炎、抗菌、抗糖尿病、保护心脏和抗癌作用等,由于它水溶性差,生物利用度低,在临床上应用受到限制。人们经过结构优化修饰已经合成出来许多溶解性能好、生物利用度高、活性明显改善、抗炎、抗糖尿病效果好,抗癌活性增强的山奈酚衍生物。综述了山奈酚的结构修饰方法,衍生物的生物活性等,为黄酮类在临床上的应用提供参考。 |

Eating more vegetables and fruits can reduce diseases because they contain a large amount of flavonoids, which have a wide range of benefits for human health. Kaempferol is widely found in vegetables, fruits and Chinese herbal medicines. It is a natural antioxidant with antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, anti-diabetic, cardioprotective and anti-cancer effects. However, its clinical application is limited due to its poor water solubility and low bioavailability. Through structural optimization and modification, many kaempferol derivatives with good solubility, high bioavailability, significantly improved activity, good anti-inflammatory and anti-diabetic effects, and enhanced anti-cancer activity have been synthesized. This paper reviews the structural modification methods of kaempferol and the biological activities of derivatives, providing a reference for the clinical application of flavonoids. |
