通过C-H键官能团化将易获得的烷烃/醛底物转化为高价值产物的策略得到了人们的广泛关注。 近年来,光催化领域的快速发展为C-H键活化提供了一种新的方法。其中,光诱导下十聚钨酸盐催化的碳氢键断裂和过渡金属催化的交叉偶联反应的结合已成为C-H键功能化的有力手段。本文对近三年来十聚钨酸盐在光诱导下协同镍、铜、钴催化C-H 键官能团化,构建C-C、C-N以及烯烃双官能团化、烯炔的1,4-二碳官能化等研究进展进行了综述,旨在为光/过渡金属协同催化实现C-H键官能团化研究提供一定参考。 |

The conversion of available alkane/aldehyde substrates into high-value compounds via C-H functionalization has attracted widespread attention. In recent years, the rapid development of the field of photocatalysis has provided new methods for C-H bond activation. Among them, the combination of light-induced decapolytungstate-catalyzed C-H bond cleavage and transition metal-catalyzed cross-coupling reactions has emerged as a powerful tool for the functionalization of C-H bonds. Herein, this review summarizes the photoinduced decatungstate/transition metal (nickel, copper, and cobalt)-catalyzed C-H functionalization in the past three years to construct C-C, C-N, olefin bifunctionalization, and 1,4-dicarbon functionalization of enyne, offering some direction for the investigation of functionalization of C-H bonds through photo/transition metal cooperative catalysis. |
