      铜是维持生物体生命和生长所必需的微量营养元素之一,参与生物体内多种生化反应和代谢过程,在其细胞机制和信号通路中发挥着重要的生理作用。多糖铜是铜离子与多糖通过共价键结合形成的配合物,与传统的小分子无机铜相比,多糖铜配合物性质稳定温和,具有更好的安全性、抗氧化性、抗菌、抗肿瘤和免疫调节活性,在畜禽生产中有极为可观的应用价值。本文就多糖铜的合成方法、结构特征及生物活性等方面进行了综述,指出多糖铜构效关系复杂、作用机理尚不明确以及缺乏临床研究等问题,并对其应用前景和局限性进行了分析和讨论,以期为多糖铜的开发利用提供参考依据。
英文摘要:
      Copper is one of the essential micronutrients for maintaining the life and growth of organisms. It is involved in a variety of biochemical reactions and metabolic processes in organisms and plays an important physiological role in their cellular mechanisms and signaling pathways. Polysaccharide copper complex is formed by the combination of copper ions and polysaccharides through covalent bonds. Compared with traditional small molecule inorganic copper, polysaccharide copper complex is stable and mild, with better safety, antioxidant, antibacterial, antitumor, and immunomodulatory activities, and has great value for application in livestock production. This article reviewed the synthesis method, structural characteristics and biological activities of polysaccharide copper complex, pointed out that polysaccharide copper complex has complicated structure-activity relationship, unclear mechanism of action and lack of clinical studies, and analyzed the prospects and limitations of its application, with a view to providing a reference basis for the development and utilization of polysaccharide copper complex.
