钯离子Pd(0)在催化转化反应中的广泛应用导致其在环境水体中富集,因此开发有效的Pd(0)检测方法具有重要意义。本文基于二氰基异佛尔酮设计合成了一种新型荧光探针L,该探针在THF/HEPES缓冲溶液(5:5, v/v, pH = 7.4)中对Pd(0)表现出高选择性荧光增强效应,发射波长为675 nm (近红外区),在紫外光激发下呈现明显的红色荧光。该探针合成路线简便,pH适用范围为5-11,检测限为42 μmol/L。探针L能够灵敏地检测多种水样中的Pd(0),其灵敏度可满足检测工业园区危险废物处置过程中地下水Pd(0)污染,在生态环境监测领域具有潜在的应用价值。 |

Pd(0) is currently widely used in catalytic conversion reactions, which will lead to a significant increase in accumulation in environmental water. Therefore, the detection of Pd(0) is becoming more and more valued. This article designed and synthesized a novel fluorescent probe L based on dicyano-isophorone, which can recognize Pd(0) with a high selectivity, a fluorescence turn-on response, a 675 nm wavelength (reaching near-infrared region), and an obvious red fluorescence under UV lights in the THF/HEPES (5/5, v/v, pH = 7.4) solution. The synthetic route is simple, the pH application range is 5-11, and the detection limit is 42 μmol/L. Probe L can sensitively and accurately detect Pd(0) in diverse water samples. Its sensitivity is sufficient for detecting Pd(0) contamination in groundwater during hazardous waste disposal in industrial parks, indicating potential value for application in ecological and environmental monitoring. |
