在有机碱催化下,采用调控串联环化反应底物电子共轭效应分别成功构建了四氢噻喃和四氢噻吩化合物,通过对反应催化剂类型、反应溶剂、反应温度、催化剂用量等影响因素的筛选,确定了反应的最佳条件,并以较好产率获得了多种五/六元含硫杂环化合物。本研究为含硫杂环化合物的多样性合成提供了一种简洁高效,兼具步骤和原子经济性的新路径。 |

Under the catalysis of organic bases, tetrahydrothiapyran and tetrahydrothiophene derivatives were successfully constructed by regulating the electronic conjugation effect of the substrates in a tandem cyclization reaction. By screening various influencing factors such as the type of catalyst, reaction solvent, reaction temperature, and catalyst dosage, the optimal conditions for the reaction were determined. Under these conditions, a variety of five- and six-membered sulfur-containing heterocycles were obtained with good yields. A concise and effective new method with steps and atomic economy for the construction of sulfur-containing heterocycles was developed. |
