pH作为重要的生理参数之一,在细胞内有着至关重要的作用。异常的pH值可能会损害细胞的正常功能并引发疾病。传统pH测定方法具有一定局限性,无法在复杂环境体系中对pH进行准确的动态监测。因此,开发具有在不同pH范围内响应的高灵敏度高选择性荧光探针具有重要意义。结合近年来国内外相关文献,本文对pH荧光探针的研究进展进行简要综述,同时对pH荧光探针未来发展趋势进行简要分析。 |

As one of the important physiological parameters, pH has a crucial role within the cell. Abnormal pH may impair normal cellular functions and cause diseases. Conventional pH determination methods have limitations and cannot accurately monitor pH dynamically in complex environmental systems. Therefore, it is important to develop highly sensitive and selective fluorescent probes with responses in different pH ranges. Combining the relevant literature at home and abroad in recent years, this paper provides a brief review of the research progress of pH fluorescent probes, and also briefly analyzes the future development trend of pH fluorescent probes. |
