      近年来,表面增强拉曼光谱(surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy,SERS)技术与纳米技术有效结合,在生物传感领域中成为一种前景可观的新技术。流行病学报告中,临床肾脏疾病患病率逐年增加,SERS技术因其显著优势,被挖掘出在肾脏疾病的早期预警及辅助诊断中的潜能,常用于对肌酐、尿酸、蛋白质、无机小分子、核酸等各种生物标志物的痕量检测。本综述中,我们介绍了近5年肾脏疾病研究中利用SERS技术对不同样品(如尿液、血液、细胞等)中不同生物标志物痕量分析的一系列工作,为肾脏疾病的早期筛查和诊断治疗提供了一些基础数据,期望为后续SERS技术在肾脏疾病诊疗研究中提供新的思考。

      In recent years, surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) technology has been effectively combined with nanotechnology, which is a promising new technology in the field of biosensing. In the epidemiological report, the prevalence of clinical kidney disease is increasing year by year, and SERS technology has been tapped into its potential in early warning and auxiliary diagnosis of kidney disease due to its significant advantages, and is often used for trace detection of various biomarkers such as creatinine, uric acid, protein, inorganic small molecules, nucleic acids, etc. In this review, we introduce a series of work in the past five years in the study of kidney disease using SERS technology to analyze the trace of different biomarkers in different samples (such as urine, blood, cells, etc.), which provides some basic data for the early screening, diagnosis and treatment of kidney diseases, and hopes to provide new thinking for the follow-up SERS technology in the diagnosis and treatment of kidney diseases.
