| 基于“传承与创新”理念,设计了符合中药创新发展的实验教学项目——延胡索乙素纳米乳温敏凝胶的制备与表征。本实验立足于中药新剂型,涉及纳米乳的制备和表征、高分子材料泊洛沙姆的浓度筛选、实验方法设计与统计学分析、延胡索乙素纳米乳温敏凝胶的制备和评价等。通过该综合实验的实施,引导学生了解传统中药知识,熟悉新型制剂在中药创新中的应用,探索前沿科技与学科发展成果,鼓励学生综合运用交叉学科知识解决中药问题。教学实践表明该实验能够有效激发学生的学习热情和研究兴趣,培养学生的创新意识和科研思维,提高学生的综合素质。 |

| Based on the concept of “inheritance and innovation”, an experimental teaching project in line with the innovative development of traditional Chinese medicine was designed: preparation and characterization of the tetrahydropalmatine nanoemulsion thermosensitive gel. This experiment was based on the new dosage form of traditional Chinese medicine, involving the preparation and characterization of nanoemulsion, the concentration screening of polymer poloxamer, the design of experimental methods and statistical analysis, and the preparation and evaluation of the tetrahydropalmatine nanoemulsion thermosensitive gel. Through the implementation of this experiment, students were guided to understand the knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine, be familiar with the application of new preparations in the innovation of traditional Chinese medicine, explore the cutting-edge technology and the achievements of discipline development, and students were encouraged to comprehensively use interdisciplinary knowledge to solve the problems of traditional Chinese medicine. Teaching practice showed that the experiment can effectively stimulate students' learning enthusiasm and research interest, cultivate their innovation consciousness and scientific thinking, and improve their comprehensive quality. |
