| 药物化学名难懂、易错且经常被人们忽视。在前期论文的基础上,本文参考多篇文献进一步总结化学药物(复杂有机物)系统命名的步骤和方法,重点论述无俗名的单杂环、杂环中和杂环外均含主官能团、需标明杂原子位次的稠杂环、“邻－迫位并合”体系、含二级拼合体的稠杂环和复杂天然产物衍生物等复杂情形下的系统命名。上述步骤和方法对药学专业学生和药师理解并掌握复杂药物的化学名有较大的帮助作用。 |

| The chemical names of drugs are elusive,error-prone and neglected frequently. In this article,the procedure and method of systematic naming of chemical drugs (complex organic compounds) are further summarized based on author’s previous paper and other references. The procedure and method of systematic naming at some complex situations,including single heterocyclic ring without common name,main functional groups contained both inside and outside the heterocyclic ring,fused heterocycle in which the positions of heteroatoms should be indicated,the“ortho- and peri-fused”system,fused heterocycle contained secondary attached component,and the complex natural product derivatives,are discussed mainly. The above procedure and method have great assistant effect for pharmaceutical students and pharmacists to understand and master the chemical name of drug with complex structure. |
